Jim Scarpino
Jim began sculpting santa faces & hands of polymer clay in 2005. He works from his studio in Smithville, Missouri. His home has a little bit of Christmas in almost every room year-round. It creates a magical feeling to all that enter.

Their beards & hair are hand-crafted with Tibetan lamb's wool and their eyes are made of glass. Their clothing is also crafted with new fabrics and accompanied with ornaments, trees, toys and plush animals. You may find one of Jim's furry santas walking in the woods with his friends, resting on a bench, riding a Nordic deer or just reading a book. Jim enjoys watching each of his "little guys" come to life as he creates them. He feels their urge to speak to him during his creative process, just as Geppetto felt with Pinocchio. Jim is basically a grown-up kid and very passionate about his santas. He feels they will bring the magic of Christmas into every home they enter, along with giving himself and YOU a ...
